NextWatch AI provides digital subscriptions and one-time AI credit packs. This policy explains when refunds are available, how cancellations work, and how we resolve duplicate charges, missing credits, access failures, and other genuine billing problems.
Refund eligibility at a glance
Every request is reviewed fairly using the purchase record, account usage, technical logs, and applicable consumer law.

Subscriptions
You may cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time using the Manage or Cancel Subscription controls. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated by the payment provider, access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Refunds may be available for duplicate billing, verified failure to provide paid access, a major service failure, an unauthorised charge after review, or another situation where a refund or partial refund is required by law.
A cancellation does not automatically refund a billing period that has already started or been used. We review the actual circumstances, including whether the paid service was available and whether benefits were consumed.
For an eligible major service failure, a remedy may include cancellation and a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for reduced value, as required by applicable law.
One-time AI credit packs
Basic, Standard, and Gold credit packs are one-time, repeatable digital purchases. They are separate from monthly and yearly subscriptions.
- Missing credits: if a confirmed payment completes but the credits are not added, contact us so we can restore the balance or provide an appropriate refund.
- Unused credits: a fully unused pack may be considered for a discretionary refund when requested within 60 days of purchase.
- Partly or fully used credits: change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered once credits have been consumed.
- Refunded packs: when a refund is issued, the corresponding unused credits may be removed from the account or installation balance.
- No expiry representation: purchased bonus credits remain subject to the Terms of Use and the product rules displayed at purchase.
Returns and exchanges
NextWatch AI is a digital service. There are no physical goods to return, and exchanges are not applicable. Where appropriate, we may instead restore access, replace missing credits, extend access, issue a partial refund, issue a full refund, or provide another remedy permitted by law.
How to request a refund
Please contact us within 60 days of the relevant charge for the fastest review. This request period does not limit rights that apply under law.
Refund review and processing
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
- We may issue a full refund, partial refund, credit restoration, access extension, or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.
- Once submitted to the payment provider, card refunds commonly appear within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the bank, card network, payment method, and country.
- A recent charge may appear as a reversal, meaning the original charge disappears rather than showing a separate refund credit.
- Refund decisions do not affect consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Payment disputes and chargebacks
Contacting us first is usually the fastest way to resolve duplicate billing, missing credits, or access problems. We may provide transaction evidence to a payment provider when responding to a dispute. Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights available through their bank, payment provider, or applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy when the product, payment providers, pricing, or legal requirements change. The effective date below will be updated when material changes are made.
