1. Acceptance
By visiting https://nextwatchaitool.com, installing the NextWatch AI Chrome extension or using a related feature, you agree to these Terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. Service description
NextWatch AI is an independent Chrome extension and website that enhance YouTube with AI chat, summaries, research, conversational video search, moment finding, recommendations, audio and playback tools, AI Auto HD, 3D Glow Mode and a user-initiated Internet Speed Test.
3. Cloudflare speed testing and quality guidance
The website and extension may connect directly to Cloudflare when a user runs the Internet Speed Test. Measurements and YouTube-quality recommendations are estimates based on current conditions. Results can vary by device, Wi-Fi, congestion, VPN, firewall, browser, routing, server location and later network changes.
4. Independent product
NextWatch AI is not owned, sponsored, endorsed by or officially affiliated with YouTube or Google. YouTube, Google, Chrome and Chrome Web Store are owned by their respective rights holders.
5. User responsibilities
- Use the product lawfully and consistently with applicable platform rules and third-party rights.
- Do not disrupt, abuse, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or bypass security, payment or usage limits.
- Do not copy, resell or misrepresent NextWatch AI or its hosted services.
- Do not submit content you lack the right to process.
6. AI output
AI responses can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Verify important claims with reliable primary sources. NextWatch AI does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
7. Subscriptions and AI credits
Some features require a monthly or yearly subscription or AI credits. Prices, included credits, renewal information and one-time pack details are displayed at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals while access may continue through the already-paid period. Purchased credit packs are governed by the product rules displayed at purchase and the Refund Policy.
8. Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, move or be removed. YouTube and Chrome updates, provider outages, browser permissions and network restrictions can affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent operation.
9. Third-party services
The service may rely on OpenAI, Cloudflare, ExtensionPay, Stripe, Google, Render and Netlify. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. NextWatch AI is not responsible for independent third-party outages or policy changes.
10. Intellectual property
The NextWatch AI name, branding, interface, website, code, copy, visuals and product materials are owned by NextWatch AI or its operator unless stated otherwise. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.
11. Disclaimer
The website, extension, AI output, speed test and recommendations are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidebrain, NextWatch AI and the operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including Cloudflare speed-test traffic, AI processing, subscriptions, local storage and Chrome Web Store Limited Use.
14. Changes and contact
